I’ve spent the greater portion of my life appeasing others. Limiting drama was the name of the game. If it meant trying not quite so hard in a one-on-one basketball game with my best friend to preserve our experience the rest of the day, I would.
You see I had extremely competitive friends. They would do anything to win. It wasn’t worth it to me. I enjoyed their friendship more than winning a meaningless basketball game. Pride was the only result of winning, I determined…oh and a sour friendship for the next couple of hours.

Whether your goal is to gain five pounds of muscle, fit into a dress, or complete a marathon; you’ll experience the greatest success if you plan out your path.
You may not follow the path every day. You may wander from the trail for moments or hundreds of yards, but the plan will keep you focused on your overall goal.
Far too often we jumped into things without fully planning. This way of living is exciting, but the results often lacking.

Have you ever been the reason a woman and man has come together to form a beautiful relationship? Were you proud of yourself in doing so? Did it provide impetus for later such thoughts and actions?
Bringing together two great business minds can provide a similar feeling of joy, pride and gratitude. It becomes infectious. A power is created far more spectacular than each individual could form on their own. Business is propelled forward, minds are expanded, and prosperity is experienced.
